Here it is - the holy grail of condiments! Saphan Spicy Chili Crisp.

Saphan Spicy Chili Crisp is an addictive combination of málà sauce (chili oil made with chilies, Sichuan peppercorns, and spices) packed full of crispy bits of fried shallot, garlic, peanuts, Sichuan peppercorns and aromatic spices. It's both numbing (má) and hot (là); it's spicy, salty and overflowing with umami.

What do you do with it? Apologies to Franks, but THIS is the sh*t you put on everything! Add flavor and texture to everything from noodles to ice cream (yes...ice cream). Put it on fried rice, dumplings, noodles, vegetables, or soup. Use if for cooking, marinating, dipping, or anything you want to make more flavorful and exciting.
